Use an automatic scrubber with a disc brush for deep cleaning travertine. Follow the manufacturer s directions on the cleaning solution and gently wash in an overlapping sweeping motion from the bottom up on a vertical surface. For regular cleaning use a mild neutral ph soapless cleaner mixed with water.

This can be scrubbed onto the grout with a small brush that will allow you to wash the areas between the tiles without scratching their edges and causing damage to the material. Read the directions to ensure the product is used correctly. Bottles cans and glasses with acidic drinks may etch the polish or damage the surface leaving a glass ring.
